"Organization of scientifically based seed breeding activities on production of local vegetable crops seeds"

Within the framework of the project, the production of high-demand super-elite and elite seeds of released local varieties and hybrids of tomato, pepper, eggplant and cucumber was organized in accordance with scientifically based requirements and seed production rules.
Farm professional seed farms were created, which, thanks to periodic monitoring and consultations from the Center's specialists, began to produce a large number of high-quality elite seeds, which contributes both to expanding the production of seeds of local varieties and hybrids, and meeting the growing demand of consumers.
